1 Cup Almond milk
1/2 Pear
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Tsp. Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp. Protein Powder of choice
1 Cup Water

Put all but the water in a blender and blend until smooth. Put blender on slow and pour water slowly into the blender until the drink is at your preferred consistency. You can have it thick or thin like juice just by adding more water.

1 bolli möndlumjólk
1/2 pera
1 bolli (handfylli) af spínati
1 tsk. chíafræ
1 mtsk. próteinduft að eigin vali
1 bolli vatn

Allt nema vatn sett í blandara og blandað vel saman. Því næst er blandari settur á hægan hraða og vatn sett rólega út í. Vatni bætt við eins og þurfa þykir, allt eftir því hversu þykkan eða þunnan þú vilt hafa drykkinn.
