If you love chocolate (who doesn´t ?!) this is a delicious, and very filling protein smoothie.  Just made it for me and my mum for lunch and it filled us both up for the next few hours.  My daughter had some too and loved it as well.  So a great, quick and nutrious lunch for the whole family.

Recipe for 2

2 cups coconut cream or milk

1 full tbsp hemp protein

2 frozen bananas

1 tsp coconut sugar

1 1/2 tbsp raw cocoa powder

1 tbsp cacoa nibs

Put all ingredients in a powerful blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.  Serve in a glass and I like to sprinkle some coconut flakes and cacoa nibs on top, it tastes wonderul and looks very pretty.
