Recipe: Healthy bread, rich in fibre and healthy fatty acids.

1 dl linseeds
1 dl sesame seeds
1 dl dried Gojiberries (or blackcurrants)
1 dl whole wheat 
1 1/2 dl wheat
2 1/2 dl coarse spelt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt (sea salt)
1 tbsp. honey or agave syrup
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 l coconot milk

- Mix all in a bowl with a a big spoon.
- Put in a baking pan (grease the insides of the pan well)
- Heat in an oven for 45 minutes at 175 C/350 F.
