This is a very simple and quick recipe to make a smoothie that is not only delicious but enchanges your beauty also.  How about that?
Here is a little about what the ingredients do for you;  The ginger is anti inflammatory, the lemon is full of antioxidants, enhances your looks and strengthens the immune system. 

 

An apple a day keeps the doctor away and an avocado which has loads of monounsaturated fat which boosts your health and makes your skin glow.  
I highly recommend you trying this beauty.

 

Recipe:

2 green apples

1 lemon

2 cm ginger

1 avocado

 

Put the lemon, the green apples and ginger through a juicer, then put the juice in a blender, add the avocado and some ice cubes (no other liquid) and mix until silky smooth.
